PTA-2000 PT analyzer is a comprehensive test instrument based on transformer volt ampere characteristics ratio regulator, analysis error of comprehensive test instrument transformer volt ampere characteristics of series resonant polarity ratio, widely listen to the views of users, through a new generation of innovative PT test equipment R & D after extensive market research, in-depth theoretical research.

Device adopts high performance DSP+FPGA and ARM industrial computer, advanced manufacturing technology, to ensure stable and reliable product performance, complete functions, high degree of automation, high testing efficiency, in the domestic leading level, is professional testing instrument for transformer in electric power industry.
 

Product Features

1: Single instrument can realize the error test of voltage transformer, no need of resonance booster device, standard voltage transformer, load box, check instrument and other equipment, greatly reducing the workload of the field calibration error.

2: The test range is wide, can test the voltage level of 6kV~800kV electromagnetic voltage transformer.

3: Using internal 0.01 level standard voltage transformer, low voltage transformer error measuring by difference test method, and using different frequency measurement technology, nonlinear error of PT conversion 50Hz, finally get the error of transformer. Instrument test level can reach 0.05 level. During the testing process, the maximum generation of test voltage is not more than 3kV, to ensure the safety of the field test.

4: The test wiring ,operation is simple and easy to learn, just according to the guide prompt operation can easily complete transformer calibration work greatly improve the test efficiency. Test time is short, less than 5 minutes.

5: The software algorithm is accurate, the accuracy of measurement data to further improve the intelligent judgment connection status, prompt connection error, wrong polarity ratio, etc..

6: Automatic test data for the whole, and to determine whether the ultra poor, super bad data using anti black display, the data characteristics of the mutual inductor intuitive and clear.

7: Large memory can store the test data of up to 10000.

8: The use of aluminum chassis, with good anti-interference, and to ensure the safety of the operation personnel and equipment safety in the field of high voltage test.

9: Using high resolution and large size 8 inch true color liquid crystal display, outdoor strong light under the clear display, with touch screen auxiliary operation, simple and quick, full Chinese display operation, easy to understand.
