Product Introduction

ZCHG-12 CT&PT ACCURACY TEST SYSTEM is used for CT&PT accuracy test, i.e. testing ratio error and phase displacement. This test system consists of test bench, error calibrator, CT burden, PT burden, standard CT, standard PT, current generator and computer. Normally, Error calibrator, CT burden, PT burden and computer are installed in the test bench. This test system is high integration which is able to connect with internet and upload results to ERP system, easy operation and cost effective. It is suitable for transformer manufacturers.

Product Features

1. It adopts two-stage voltage regulator, which can meet the requirements of voltage regulation speed and precise fixed point

2. The system has zero protection function. When the voltage regulating is not in zero position, the system cannot close and output.

3. The test bench has digital meters, which display the output voltage and current values to avoid system overload.

4. When the computer is on-line, the test results can be obtained directly on the computer, and the test results can be saved to the local standard report form, or sent to the user's ERP system (which requires the ERP system to provide the interface protocol).
